This historical monogram belonged to Adelicia Acklen, who was once considered the wealthiest and most influential woman of the South. The ornate lettering was sourced from a china plate that belonged to Adelicia, which still resides in her home at Belmonte Mansion in Tennessee. The monogram was hand-sculpted into a beautiful, historically based piece of jewelry. It just so happens that Adelica's great granddaughter is Lynda's dear friend and neighbor. A great gift for anyone with the initials; a graduate of Belmonte University; someone where AA has a special meaning (Always Amazing, Awesome Aunt, etc.); or as a piece of historical art that can be worn or displayed.
