This historical monogram belonged to Adelicia Acklen who was once considered the wealthiest and most influential woman of the South. The ornate lettering was sourced from china that belonged to Adelicia, which still resides in her home at Belmonte Mansion in Tennessee. It just so happens that Adelica's great granddaughter is Lynda's dear friend and neighbor. The large sterling silver pendant is adorned with the raised elegantly scripted "AA" with ivy framing the top and a hidden sterling silver attached bale. A beautiful work of historical art to be admired when worn or as a fabulous display!
