This tiny pendant features St. John the Baptist as a child holding the cross of Jesus on one side.  On the reverse side is the lamb holding a cross looking up in the clouds, and you can see the chalice and the Eucharist that looks as if it is in the clouds.  This is from a replica of a Belgium medal from the turn of the century and was probably given as a first Communion gift to a child.  Circa 1914 this pendant is attached to a sterling silver chain with a gold filled jump ring.
