This beautifully crafted monogram with ornate sculpted letters is a fabulous work of art.  The "AK" monogram is from the book: "Chiffres & Monogrammes et suite de Composition Decoratives" (1880), Paris, France, by French heraldic artist Gustave Boussenot.   It was replicated and placed on a sterling silver pendant with hammered edges and a detail border.  It comes with a loose detachable sterling silver bale and is in the form of a crest.  As with most 2 letter intertwined monograms, the initials can be either AK or KA.  It can either be worn as a piece of art or for the initials.
