Return Policy
I personally create each and every piece of jewelry* on my website. They come from my heart and my hands; they are a part of me. Therefore, it is very important to me that each person receiving one of my creations loves it. I will be happy to issue a full refund within 14 days of receipt** if your order in any way disappoints you. The returned items must come back in its original packaging in original condition (black lacquer box, outer black box, pacific cloth pouch) to be eligible for a full refund. The original shipping charges are not included in the refund. If this does not answer all your questions, please call me and we can talk.

**For Special Circumstances, ie: gifts, please contact me. Damaged and defective goods will be replaced but must be reported within 5 days of receiving your item. Damages found to be above and beyond normal wear and tear will not be replaced. I reserve the right to refuse a return if I find signs of tampering, excessive wear and tear or modifications. All custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned.
