This beautifully crafted monogram with ornate sculpted letters is a fabulous work of art.  The CM monogram is from the book: "Dictionnaire Chiffre-Monogramme", (1881), by heraldic artist Charles Demengeot.  It was replicated and placed on a round scrolled sterling silver pendant with a raised monogram.  The background was darkened to add emphasis to the artfully scrolled monogram.  It comes with a loose bale.  As with most 2 letter intertwined monograms, the initials can either be CM or MC.  A superb gift for that special someone.  It can either be worn as a piece of art or for the initials.  The initials can have a special meaning, and just not be the first letters of a person's initials:  "Cherished Mom", etc.  Make it a complete set with the CM earrings.
