Description
Travel back to the middle ages, the "MZ" is from a 13th century rounded script alphabet ("rundgotisch"). It was found on an antique German euro sham and is a great example of changes in the alphabet over time, as the Z looks like a 3. The "MZ" was lifted off of the sham and placed on this sterling silver pendant. The monogram is of early gothic style German lettering and provides a unique styling. The pendant shape mirrors the period of the monogram. It has a heavy 15-inch gold bonded and sterling silver chain attached to it. A 24k gold orb is placed in the center of the scripted "M". A great gift for a lover of early Gothic heraldic art in the German style and a sure-fire conversation piece.
