Description
An interesting "UT" monogram that is elegantly crafted in the cursive style and is from the book: "A Complete Book of Monograms and Ciphers" (1906), by the heraldic Artist, A.A. Turbayne, London, England. It is replicated and placed with raised edges on a crest shaped sterling silver pendant that matches the form of the UT. It is framed by a biased edging with oxidation in order to make the monogram the focal point of the art work. It has a detachable bale. As with most 2 letter interlaced monograms, the initials can either be UT or TU. The monogram is a splendid gift for anyone with the initials or a college grad (Univ Tx, Univ Ten, etc.), or as a majestic work of art. When worn, the artfully woven letters will attract many admirers.
